With the Entertainment Trailer, its use is only limited by your imagination. We host all types of events. Book for: Birthday Parties, Graduations, Family Reunions, Holiday Parties, Sports Viewing, Video Gaming, School Functions, Fundraisers, Charity Events, Church Groups, Launch Parties, Corporate Events, Grand Openings, Private Gatherings and much more.

We arrive at your location approximately 30 minutes early to park and set up. The Entertainment Coach prepares the Entertainment Trailer; and, when it’s ready, your guests are given a short introduction, the doors swing open, and the party begins! The Entertainment Coach is always on-hand to offer tips, handle requests and facilitate the fun. When it’s over, we simply shut down, pack up and drive off.

We offer a large selection of online games on PS5 and Meta Quest VR: Nhl, borderlands, asphalt legends , Fortnite, Roblox, efootball, sims , just dance, Star Wars, wwe, mlb, dead space, pool blitz, hot wheels, aliens: dark descent and more. We also offer various card and board games ranging from but not limited to: Oware, Ludu, Jenga, Uno, Laser Tag and many more. In addition, you may provide your own games, but we request that you label them prior to bringing them onboard. YOKOEXCLAMATION accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged games.

Our first preference is for clients to supply power however the Entertainment Trailer is self-powered by an on-board generator and battery.

We currently operate in the Kumasi areas however we are open to the whole of Ghana. When available, bookings outside our standard service area can be scheduled with an assessed mileage and fuel surcharge depending on the requested area. Free transportation is only applied within Kumasi.

Our Entertainment Trailer requires clearance of approximately 14 ft in length, 7 ft in height and 7 ft in width. Our pickup truck is approximately 17 ft in length. To get parked safely we need approximately 40 ft in available space. However, we would appreciate as much space as possible as the bigger the space, the faster we can get parked and setup. Please reserve allotted space with cones or some type of marker. The Entertainment Trailer ideally needs a level area to ensure the best playing conditions, and safety of the guests. When choosing a location other than your residence, you’re your responsibility to obtain any necessary permits and/or authorizations for your locale prior to the event. Please provide us with copies prior to the event date. To ensure your event begins on time, please have space allocated at least 30 minutes prior to your event’s start for proper set up. Delays in setting up due to unavailable space may result in the event not being extended if it conflicts with other scheduled events. Lastly, if we need to inspect the location prior to the day of your event, please let us know and we’ll do so.

Entertainment Trailer caters to groups of all sizes. The trailer can accommodate approximately 10-12 people inside. The outside TV’s create space for a larger crowd as it utilizes the open space. 

* We also provide a complimentary tent, table and 4 chairs for outside use. 

*There are 6 fixed stools inside trailer however there is room for multiple standing persons.

A YOKOEXCLAMATION Event appeals to people of all ages. However, we do recommend that participants be able to read and follow directions. Our suggested minimum age is 6 years and older. Under 6 are welcome but must be accompanied by at least (1) adult at all times.

Parents are always welcome to join in the fun, but one of the great advantages of YOKOEXCLAMATION Mobile Entertainment Lounge event is that it’s hosted by a trained Entertainment Coach. Entertainment Coaches job is to lend expert advice, motivate, and manage your event. Though parents are free to relax and roam, we require that (1) responsible adult always remains on site for the duration of the event.

We offer full day and half day rentals. New rates starting January 3, 2025: Rental for ‘full day’ (8) hours is Ghc 7,500. Rental for ‘half day’ (4) hours is Ghc 5,000. * These prices are subject to change.

Booking : A security deposit of Ghc 1,000 is required to secure booking. If the trailer and its contents are returned in the same condition as it was received: no damages, missing and/or broken items, security deposit will be returned in full. *Events outside of Kumasi will attract a transportation charge. Transportation charge must be paid with deposit (Pricing depends on the distance/location).

*Full balance payment needs to be paid a week from the date of the event to secure booking.

*Less than (one) week notice booking requires full payment and security deposit

The client forfeits 100% deposit if less than (one) week notice is given in the event of a cancelled booking

If the client does not pay full balance at (one) week date, client forfeits deposit and booking is cancelled.

No refunds will be given

In the event the CLIENT requests changing the date of the booking, YOKOEXCLAMATION will make every reasonable effort to transfer the booking to the new date for a fee of Ghc 500. Any date change less than one week prior to original event date will be considered a forfeit of the deposit. The CLIENT agrees that a new deposit will be required to book a new date

The interior of the Entertainment Trailer is air-conditioned and climate controlled. We are usually able to conduct our services any time of the year. If we are not able to provide our services due to severe and unexpected weather conditions like storm warnings, flooding, heavy rain, thunder/lightning, extreme winds, etc, we may, (and reserve the right to), delay or reschedule your service to preserve the safety of our staff, equipment, and especially you and your guests.
Yes, food and beverages are allowed. However, due to the sensitive nature of the equipment, our Entertainment Coaches will guide you to eat and drink ** only at the designated table.**
Yes, it’s appropriate, for a job well done. Our staff works hard before, during, and after the event to ensure everyone has a good time; and, although, gratuity is not required, it is encouraged, (and appreciated), if you feel your Entertainment Coach and driver has exceeded your expectations.
