Terms & Conditions

Booking & Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of GHC 1000 is required for all YOKOEXCLAMATION Trailer bookings. This deposit covers potential damage, excessive cleaning, or violations of the rental agreement and is separate from the rental fee.

  • The deposit must be paid in full at the time of reservation or at least one week prior to the event.

  • Payments can be made via Paystack or WhatsApp at 0539299233.

  • If no issues are found, the deposit will be refunded in full within 1 business day after the event. Any deductions will be communicated in writing.

  • A YOKOEXCLAMATION staff member will inspect the trailer before and after the event. Clients or a responsible adult are encouraged to be present during the post-event inspection.

  • If damages or costs exceed the deposit, the client will be billed for the difference. Failure to pay may result in legal action.

Pricing

We offer flexible rental options to suit a variety of events and budgets:

  • Full-Day Rental (8 hours): GHC 9,000
    Ideal for festivals, corporate events, school programs, or large private gatherings.

  • Half-Day Rental (4 hours): GHC 5,500
    Perfect for birthdays, community pop-ups, or smaller group events.

  • Additional Hour: GHC 500

Price Disclaimer: Prices are subject to change based on demand, promotions, or custom event requirements. Final pricing is confirmed once a deposit is received. For large-scale or multi-day bookings, please contact us for a custom quote.

Transportation

We provide free transportation and setup within a 25km radius of our base. For locations beyond this, transportation fees apply based on distance, access restrictions, tolls, or extended setup times.

  • Fees will be calculated and confirmed at the time of booking.

  • All transportation charges must be paid in full along with the security deposit at least one week before the event.

  • Failure to pay in advance may result in cancellation of service and forfeiture of your reservation.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy:

  1. With One Week Notice (7+ days prior):

    • 50% of the security deposit refunded

    • Transportation charges refunded

  2. Less Than One Week Notice (<7 days):

    • 100% of the security deposit forfeited

    • Transportation charges are non-refundable

  3. Non-Payment of Balance:

    • Booking is automatically cancelled

    • Full deposit and transportation fees are forfeited

No Refunds:

  • Cancellations within 7 days

  • Non-payment of final balance

  • Weather-related cancellations unless deemed unsafe

  • Client no-shows or last-minute changes

Rescheduling Policy:

  • Requests made 7+ days prior: deposit may be applied to new date, minus GHC 500 rescheduling fee.

  • Requests made <7 days prior: deposit forfeited; new deposit required.

Client Responsibilities

General:

  • Provide a safe and legal location for trailer setup

  • Ensure trailer access and maneuverability

  • Maintain a respectful environment for staff, guests, and equipment

Multi-Day Rentals – Staff Accommodation:

  • Clients must provide safe, private accommodations for staff within reasonable distance for multi-day events

  • Failure to provide accommodations may result in service withdrawal and no refunds

Safety Policies

On-Site Supervision:

  • YOKOEXCLAMATION staff will remain on-site to operate the trailer and supervise guests

Trailer Positioning:

  • Trailer will remain fixed during the event

  • Clients or third parties may not move the trailer

Violations:

  • Attempting to move the trailer will result in immediate service withdrawal and forfeiture of payments

General Safety Rules:

  • Guests must follow staff instructions

  • No smoking, alcohol, or unauthorized food/drink inside the trailer

  • Children must be supervised

  • Unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund

Grid Connection & Power Agreement

By booking, the client authorizes YOKOEXCLAMATION to access the event’s electrical supply.

  • Client must provide reliable and safe electricity meeting technical load requirements

  • Client is responsible for any damage caused by unsafe or inadequate power supply

  • YOKOEXCLAMATION is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from power supply issues

Assumption of Risk & Liability

Participation in trailer activities involves inherent risks (motion, collisions, sensory stimuli).

  • Clients voluntarily assume all risks and release YOKOEXCLAMATION from liability, except in cases of gross negligence

  • Children under 13 must be supervised by a parent/guardian

  • Clients must disclose medical conditions affected by lights, sound, or gaming

Behavior & Safety:

  • Unsafe or reckless behavior may result in removal without refund

  • YOKOEXCLAMATION may refuse service to anyone posing a risk

Social Media Consent

By participating, you grant YOKOEXCLAMATION permission to take and use photos/videos for promotional purposes unless notified otherwise in writing.

Agreement

By booking, paying, or entering the trailer, you confirm:

  • You have read and understood these terms

  • You accept all participation risks

  • You waive claims against YOKOEXCLAMATION for injury or damage

  • You are authorized to agree on behalf of yourself or your child(ren)
