A security deposit is required to cover any potential damage, excessive cleaning, or violations of the rental agreement that may occur during the use of YOKOEXCLAMATION Trailer. This deposit is separate from the rental fee and must be paid in advance to secure the booking.

A refundable security deposit of GHC 1000 is required for all bookings. The deposit must be paid in full at the time of reservation or at least (one week) prior to the event. Payment and booking can be made on website https://paystack.shop/pay/vt_x5zscobh or on WhatsApp at 0539299233.

If no issues are found, the deposit will be refunded in full within 1 business day after the event. You will be notified in writing of any deductions made from the deposit.  A staff member will inspect the trailer before and after the event. The client (or responsible adult) is encouraged to be present during post-event inspection. If damages or costs exceed the security deposit, the client will be billed for the difference. Failure to pay may result in legal action.

Pricing:

We offer flexible rental options designed to accommodate a variety of events and budgets. Our standard pricing is as follows:

• Full-Day Rental (8 hours): GHC 9,000
  Ideal for festivals, corporate events, school programs, or large private gatherings.
• Half-Day Rental (4 hours): GHC 5,500
  Perfect for birthdays, community pop-ups, or smaller group events.
• Each additional hour is GHC 500

• All listed prices are subject to change based on demand, special promotions, or custom event requirements.
• Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking and is valid only once a deposit has been received.

Transportation:

YOKOEXCLAMATION offers free transportation and setup of the trailer for events located within a 25km radius of our base location. For events located outside the free radius, a transportation fee will apply based on the distance from our base. Additional travel charges may apply for areas with restricted access, tolls, or extended setup times. You will be notified of any applicable transportation fees during the booking process.

All transportation charges must be:

• Calculated and confirmed at the time of booking
• Paid in full, along with the security deposit, no later than one week prior to the event

Failure to pay transportation charges in advance may result in cancellation of service and forfeiture of your reservation.

Cancellation:

We understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of our scheduling and limited availability, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:

1. Cancellation with One Week Notice

If the client cancels their reservation seven (7) or more days prior to the scheduled event:

• 50% of the security deposit will be refunded.
• Any transportation charges paid in advance will also be refunded.

2. Cancellation with Less Than One Week Notice

If the client cancels less than seven (7) days before the scheduled event:

• 100% of the security deposit is forfeited.
• Any transportation charges paid are non-refundable.

3. Non-Payment of Balance

If the client fails to pay the full remaining balance (including transportation charges, if applicable) at least seven (7) days before the event:

• The booking will be automatically cancelled.
• The client will forfeit the full deposit and any transportation fees already paid.
• No further services will be provided, and the date will be released to other customers.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments are final. No refunds will be given for:

• Cancellations within 7 days
• Non-payment of final balance
• Weather-related cancellations unless determined unsafe by YOKOEXCLAMATION
• Client no-shows or last-minute schedule changes

Rescheduling:

In the event that the CLIENT wishes to change the date of a confirmed booking, the following rescheduling policy applies:

1. Request to Reschedule

If the CLIENT requests to reschedule their event:

• YOKOEXCLAMATION will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.
• A non-refundable rescheduling fee of GHC 500 will be required to process the date change.

2. Notice Requirement

• If the rescheduling request is made seven (7) or more days prior to the original event date, the existing deposit may be applied to the new booking (less the GHC 100 rescheduling fee).
• If the rescheduling request is made less than seven (7) days prior to the original event date, the CLIENT forfeits the entire deposit, and the booking is considered cancelled under our cancellation policy.

3. New Deposit Requirement

In cases where the original deposit is forfeited, the CLIENT agrees that a new deposit must be paid in full to secure the new event date.

Clients’ Responsibility:

To ensure a smooth and successful experience, the following responsibilities apply to all clients booking services from YOKOEXCLAMATION:

1. General Responsibility

The CLIENT is responsible for:

• Providing a safe and legal location for trailer setup and operation.
• Ensuring adequate access for parking and maneuvering the trailer.
• Maintaining a respectful and safe environment for staff, equipment, and guests.

2. Multi-Day Rentals – Staff Accommodation

For bookings that span more than one day, the CLIENT is responsible for providing suitable overnight accommodation for YOKOEXCLAMATION staff, within reasonable distance from the event venue.

• Accommodations must be safe, private, and in line with standard lodging conditions (e.g., hotel, guesthouse, or equivalent).
• Accommodations must be confirmed and arranged before the first day of the event.

3. Failure to Provide Accommodation

If suitable accommodation is not provided in advance, YOKOEXCLAMATION reserves the right to:

• Withdraw from the event after the completion of the first day.
• Cancel the remaining days of service.
• Retain all payments and deposits; no refunds will be given.
