Booking
A security deposit of Ghc 1,000 is required to secure booking. If the trailer and its contents are returned in the same condition it was received: no damages, missing and/or broken items, security deposit will be returned in full.
Full balance needs to be paid (one) week to the date of the event
*Less than (one) week notice booking requires full payment, security deposit and transportation charge if appliable.
Pricing
New rates starting January 3, 2025: These prices are subject to change at any time
Rental for ‘full day’ (8) hours: Ghc 7,500
Rental for ‘half day’ (4) hours Ghc 5,000

Cancellation
The client will receive 50% of the deposit if (one) week notice is given in the event of a cancelled booking
The client forfeits 100% deposit if notice less than (one) week is given in the event of a cancelled booking
If the client does not pay full balance at (one) week date, client forfeits deposit and booking is cancelled
In the event the client requests changing the date of the booking, YOKOEXCLAMATION will make every reasonable effort to transfer the booking to the new date for a fee of Ghc 500. Any date change less than one week prior to event will be considered a forfeit of the deposit. The client agrees that a new deposit will be required to book a new date.
Clients responsibility
Events
outside of Kumasi will attract a transportation charge. Transportation charge
must be paid with deposit *Pricing

In the event
of multiple days rental, the client is responsible for providing accommodation
for the entertainment coach/driver. We reserve the right to leave the venue
after the first day’s event if accommodation is not provided. No refund will be
given
Safety
YOKOEXCLAMATION will remain on sight during duration of the event
The trailer will be positioned at one location for the entire duration of the event. Under no circumstance should the client move or attempt to move the trailer. If this happens, unit will be locked up, service withdrawn and no refund given
