From a Solo TravelHER

My passion for travel began at infancy as I received my first passport as a newborn due to traveling from United States-Ghana. My parents migrated from Ghana to the United States for a better life for our family. While hard-working in a new foreign land, my parents always tried to provide the best for myself and siblings with the little they had. I was fortunate to take my first solo trip at the age of 12 to Paris, France. My parents instilled in me the values of hard work, independence, and the importance of a strong educational foundation. As I started to transition to adulthood, I realized education comes in many forms. I knew I wanted to continue to incorporate travel in my life to meet new people, learn new cultures, gain new experiences and try new foods.

My love for travel and scoring deals have allowed me to travel worldwide for unbelievable prices. While doing this, family and close friends have inquired how I am able to travel so much. I figured out how to balance wanting to travel and still work my 40-hour work week. The key is being flexible with destinations, playing with holiday/dates and being spontaneous to jump on available opportunities. I would love to share my passion of travel and tips with others. Travel is fun, affordable, educational and worth it! I can advise, plan and manage your travel itineraries. I will communicate efficiently to understand each client’s needs, time and budget constraints — and arrange customized travel options accordingly.
